I am just so proud of ALL of you! I know that we all also pleased God this weekend! A big THANK YOU to Mr. Brumagin for leading us! Here's some pictures...

Rec is this Wednesday at the Russell Roller Rink at 7:00 p.m. Either call, e-mail me, or comment on this blog if you need a ride. I will be at the church at 7:00 for those who need a ride. I'll wait about 5-10 minutes, so try to be on time or let me know if you will be later than that. It's free...no better deal than that. However, do bring $ for snacks, drinks, etc.

I'm working on a new newsletter this week so let me know of anything you are doing, awards you got, etc., so I can spread the word!

Ready for the Weekend!

WORKIN' THE SPAGHETTI SUPPER!

Hi!

We had a great turnout for the supper - from you all as well as "customers." It was a good idea! Thanks for the hard work! It's fun when people do things together!

I hope you all are getting ready for the Famine weekend this weekend...planning is pretty much done thanks to Mr. B and we are excited about how God is going to work in and through our efforts! Cool event on Friday night...stay tuned... Please try to come to our worship service on Sunday, even if you attend other churches normally. Make sure your parents & siblings know that they are invited to the "break-fast" at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. You do need to be here by 5:30 p.m. on Friday so we can get out to our event on time.

Rec is tomorrow night and there WILL be Youth Group on Sunday - regular times. We'll be tired, but it will be a good "wrap up" to the weekend.

Week of Feb. 10th

Hi Everyone,

Firstly (is that a word?) - here is Mama Ward and her Mama Shukis in Florida last week with our friend, Pelican Pete! (Actually, that's just a made-up name that sounds good!)

Lots of activities this week!

1. Youth Group Sunday Night - regular times: Jr Hi 6:15, Sr Hi 7:00

2. Recreation Wed @ 7:00 at Community House

3. Wed - prep for Spaghetti Supper

4. Thur - as "after school" as possible! Spaghetti Supper. I have some festive decorations! Invite your friends and families to come!

Be sure to check Mr. B's blog for the 30 Hour Famine. I hope you are getting copious amounts of pledges (that's for Riane)!! We want to get at least $1,500 as a group! Also, begin praying NOW for the weekend!
